Section 1

Overview

These terms explain the general rules for using the ValetFlow website, trial forms, beta tester areas, dealership accounts and ValetFlow platform. By accessing or using ValetFlow, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
Section 2

About ValetFlow

ValetFlow is dealership valeting and vehicle-preparation workflow software designed to help manage bookings, job sheets, staff activity, damage-map records, before-and-after photos, recleans, invoices, reports and communication. Features may change as the platform is developed and improved.
Section 3

Using the website and platform

You must use ValetFlow lawfully, fairly and only for genuine business, trial, support or enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to bypass security, upload harmful content, interfere with other users, copy protected areas, or use ValetFlow in a way that could damage the service or its users.
Section 4

Accounts, passwords and access

Account users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through their account. Access levels may be limited by role, dealership, subscription package, trial status or feature controls. If you believe an account has been accessed without permission, you should contact ValetFlow as soon as possible.
Section 5

Dealership and vehicle records

Users are responsible for the accuracy of dealership, vehicle, job, condition-check, photo, invoice and staff information entered into ValetFlow. The platform is intended to support workflow tracking and record keeping, but users should still check important information before relying on it for operational, billing or customer decisions.
Section 6

Trials, subscriptions and payments

ValetFlow may offer free trials, beta access, paid subscriptions, add-ons or package limits. Pricing, included features, account limits and payment terms may vary by package and may be updated from time to time. Paid access may be restricted, suspended or cancelled if payment is not completed or if the service is misused.
Section 7

Third-party services and integrations

ValetFlow may connect with or rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, email services, payment processors, analytics tools, security providers, Google services, Stripe, Cloudflare or vehicle data/import tools. These services may have their own terms, availability limits and privacy practices.
Section 8

Uploads, photos and content

Users should only upload content they are allowed to use, such as vehicle photos, job notes, condition-check images, screenshots or business records. Uploaded content must not be unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading or unrelated to the intended use of ValetFlow.
Section 9

Intellectual property

The ValetFlow name, website design, software, code, branding, page wording, workflows and related materials belong to ValetFlow or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce or distribute ValetFlow without written permission.
Section 10

Availability, updates and changes

ValetFlow aims to provide a useful and reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed at all times. The website or platform may be updated, improved, temporarily unavailable, limited or changed for maintenance, security, technical, legal or business reasons.
Section 11

Limits of responsibility

ValetFlow is provided to support dealership valeting workflows, but it does not replace professional judgement, manual checks, customer communication, accounting review or legal advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ValetFlow is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, incorrect user-entered data, or issues caused by third-party services, devices, internet connections or misuse.
Section 12

Suspending or ending access

Access may be refused, limited, suspended or ended where an account is misused, payment is not made, security is at risk, information appears false, or continued access could harm ValetFlow, its users or its service providers. Users may also request account changes or cancellation where available through their package or account settings.
Section 13

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as ValetFlow develops, new features are released, packages change, or legal and operational requirements change. The latest version shown on this page will apply from the date it is published unless stated otherwise.
Section 14
