Changing appearance and colour themes

Super Admin can change the site appearance so ValetFlow better matches the brand or preferred working style.

Go to Setup, then Website Settings, then open the Appearance section. From there you can choose light or dark mode and select one of the available colour schemes. Save Appearance updates this section without needing to scroll to the bottom of the page.

The colour scheme controls the main accent colour used by buttons, badges and highlighted areas. Dark mode uses darker panels and lighter text so the admin area is more comfortable in low-light environments.

If a colour change does not appear straight away, use a hard refresh because browsers sometimes cache the stylesheet.
