Roadmap and feature requests

The roadmap gives dealerships and admins one place to collect, review and organise improvement ideas.

Dealership users can submit feature requests from the Roadmap page. A request can include a title, category and explanation of what would make the workflow better. Super Admin users can review requests, change status, set priority and add admin notes.

Roadmap sections are grouped by status and can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow button. Use Expand all or Collapse all when the page becomes long. This keeps larger demo installs and active customer feedback easier to manage.

Requester details are linked to the user and dealership records, so the roadmap can show who submitted an idea and which dealership it came from.
