Creating sample data for a demo
Super Admin can create fake dealership data so prospects can test ValetFlow without using real customer information.
Go to Setup, then Sample Data. Choose the dealership, then select how many sample cars/jobs and sample staff users to add. The sample records are generated on the fly from templates, so the system does not need 100 cars and 100 staff permanently stored in SQL first.
Use this for a full-scale public demo where login details may be shared. Do not use real customer names, real registration numbers or real dealership data in a public demo.
If you need to reset the demo, remove existing sample data and generate a fresh set. Keep Super Admin credentials private even when demo users are public.
