Managing licences and free trials
Super Admin can control whether dealership accounts are active, in trial, paid, suspended, past due or cancelled.
Go to Setup, then Licences & Trials. Use the global settings to choose the default free-trial length, grace period, warning days and message shown to blocked users. Use the dealership list to mark an account as Free Trial, Active/Paid, Past Due, Suspended or Cancelled.
When a dealership trial expires or an account is suspended, dealership users linked only to that dealership are blocked from using the system. Their data is not deleted; access is simply paused until the licence is renewed or reactivated. Super Admin and platform manager accounts can still access the system to provide support.
For existing installations, run update.php after uploading the licence feature so the new dealership licence fields are created.
