Give customers useful updates without another account

Customers do not need a ValetFlow login. The dealership can email a private link for an MOT, service, recall, repair or related valeting visit. Staff update the stage as the vehicle moves through the dealership, giving the customer a simple view without exposing internal notes or other records.

  • We have your car
  • Assigned to mechanic or technician
  • Assigned to the valeting team
  • Your car is ready
  • Customer collected and page closed

Connected to the real job workflow

The status page is not a separate marketing tracker that staff must remember to update elsewhere. It is linked to the vehicle record and can follow the Workshop-to-valeter journey through to collection. Managers can resend the email or copy the secure link when needed.

Private by design

The public address uses a long random token rather than exposing the internal job number. When the keys are collected, authorised staff can close the page so the link no longer displays the vehicle progress.

Improve service communication

A clear status page can reduce routine calls asking whether a vehicle is ready while giving customers confidence that the dealership has received and progressed their car. It is especially useful when the customer leaves the vehicle for several hours and has requested a wash and hoover before collection.

FAQs

Does the customer need to create an account?

No. The customer receives a private link that opens the relevant vehicle progress page.

Can the page be removed after collection?

Yes. Marking the keys as collected closes and removes the public progress record while retaining the internal vehicle history.
