How bookings work in ValetFlow
Bookings are the starting point for the valet workflow. Each booking creates a clear vehicle record for the team to work from.
A booking can include the vehicle registration, make, model, colour, dealership, service type, priority, due time, key location, vehicle location and notes.
After a booking is saved, it appears in the live board and can be assigned to staff. Managers can filter work by status and dealership, while valeters can see jobs they are allowed to work on.
