ValetFlow offers one-page and guided booking forms for normal vehicle work, with a separate choice for Workshop bookings.

Choosing the mode

A dealership administrator selects the preferred interfaces under Setup → My Feature Settings or during the Setup Wizard. The choice belongs to that dealership and does not affect another customer.

One-page booking

The one-page form is suited to experienced staff who want every field visible. Clear section headers group dealership and service, vehicle details, job planning and customer information.

Guided vehicle booking

The guided form divides normal bookings into four steps: dealership and service, vehicle details, job details, and customer information and notes.

Guided Workshop booking

Workshop booking uses five steps: Workshop task, vehicle details, work planning, customer and vehicle location, and notes and customer updates.

Single dealership behaviour

When the user can access only one dealership, ValetFlow selects it automatically and applies that dealership's saved interface immediately.

Custom fields

Dealership-specific questions appear in the equivalent section or guided step. Required fields are checked before final submission.

Changing mode

Switching between one-page and guided mode does not change existing jobs or database records. It only changes how staff enter a new booking.
