Personal and platform settings

The available controls depend on the installation and role. Super Admin can set platform branding and themes, while dealership-level preferences may be available for linked users.

Choosing a theme

Use a theme that keeps text, form fields and buttons easy to distinguish. Very bright or low-contrast combinations may look attractive in a screenshot but become tiring during a full shift.

Status colours

Operational colours for overdue, warnings or completed work may remain consistent even when the general theme changes. These colours carry meaning and should not be removed simply for decoration.

Logos and favicons

Upload a clear logo with transparent or suitable background space. Test it in the header, login page and mobile view. A wide logo may need a separate compact icon for small screens.

After changing appearance

Check the dashboard, booking forms, tables, modal windows and mobile menu. Clear server or Cloudflare cache if an older stylesheet remains visible.
