ValetFlow setup pages are responsive, but some administration tasks are safer and easier on a larger screen.

Good mobile tasks


Checking settings, opening a dealership, testing a user role, reading System Health results and making a small wording change can be completed from a phone.

Tasks better suited to desktop


Large service lists, custom booking fields, package configuration, backup restore and long help content are easier to review on a desktop or tablet. Avoid performing a database update on an unstable mobile connection.


Use the search box in Setup to find a tool by name or description. The selected page opens inside the setup layout so you can move between related settings without returning to a separate dashboard.

Mobile security


Do not leave a Super Admin session open on a shared device. Use a screen lock, sign out after support work and review active sessions where available.

Uploads


When uploading logos or screenshots from a phone, confirm the image does not contain notifications, personal photos or other private material around the cropped area.
