ValetFlow uses licence and package settings to control access, staff capacity, monthly combined jobs and available features.
New dealership trials use the configured 30-day period. The start and end dates should be visible to Super Admin and the dealership where appropriate. Existing trial dates are not automatically extended unless an administrator changes them.
Starter, Professional and Premium packages have different staff, combined job and location allowances. Combined jobs include valeting bookings and Workshop jobs, while linked wash-and-hoover hand-offs are not counted twice.
Extra Staff Packs and additional job allowances can increase capacity without moving the dealership to a completely different package. Check billing and account limits together so the customer sees the capacity they purchased.
When a trial or licence ends, access should be restricted without deleting records. Super Admin can review the reason, payment state and licence dates before restoring access.
A self-hosted installation remains separate from hosted customer databases. Licence checks should validate the installation and package without exposing customer records to the main server.
Confirm the dealership, package, billing period, staff count and job use. Record any custom arrangement clearly so future support does not rely on memory.
