System Health & API Diagnostics gives Super Admin a plain-English view of the database, server folders, authenticated SMTP delivery and external services.
Open Setup → System Health & API Diagnostics. Each check is marked with a simple result such as OK, Check or Missing. Work from the first failed dependency rather than changing several settings at once.
The page confirms the connection and required tables, including Workshop estimate records. Missing tables usually mean update.php has not been run or the database user cannot create or alter tables.
Check PHP cURL, upload-folder permissions and disk space. A successful API configuration cannot work if the server cannot make outbound HTTPS requests.
Send a test to an address you control. A successful result means ValetFlow opened the encrypted SMTP connection, authenticated with the saved mailbox and the SMTP server accepted the message. Also check the inbox and spam folder because recipient filtering still depends on SPF, DKIM, DMARC and sender reputation.
Enter a known registration and run the live test. The result can identify missing credentials, token failure, rejected API key, endpoint error or vehicle not found.
Select a dealership and refresh the forecast. Confirm that the postcode is valid before investigating the weather provider.
When asking for support, copy the displayed message and note the time of the test. Do not send client secrets, API keys or database passwords.
