Check the selected dealership

Users linked to one dealership have it selected automatically. Multi-dealership users should confirm the location before creating or filtering work.

Use the summary cards

Cards provide a quick count, but the booking or Workshop list contains the detail. Open the relevant list before making decisions from a total alone.

Weather and operational notices

The compact Weather Planner shows three days based on the dealership postcode. Messages, notifications and post-it notices may also highlight action needed.

Create work from the correct area

Use New Booking for valeting and vehicle preparation. Use New Workshop Job for MOT, recall, service or repair work. Keeping these modules separate makes reporting and status labels clearer.

End-of-day review

Check overdue, in-progress and quality-check jobs before staff leave. Confirm that ready vehicles have accurate parking or key locations and that customer pages have been updated.
