ValetFlow reports turn booking, Workshop, time and quality records into practical summaries. They should support decisions rather than become a league table without context.

Choose the correct period and dealership

Set the date range and dealership before comparing figures. A partial month or mixed locations can create misleading totals.

Jobs and productivity

Review completed jobs, average job time, overdue work and productive days alongside service type and staffing. A higher job count does not always mean better performance if the work was simpler or quality fell.

Recleans

Compare recleans with jobs completed and reasons. Separate changed requests from genuine missed work. Look for repeat patterns in service descriptions, equipment, timing and training.

Workshop and combined usage

Package usage counts both normal bookings and Workshop jobs while excluding a linked wash-and-hoover hand-off from being counted twice.

Time and payroll

Check attendance, breaks and corrections before using totals for payment. ValetFlow reports support the process but do not replace payroll or tax checks.

Export and discuss

When sharing a report, explain the date range and what the figures include. Use the information to agree a practical change and then review whether it improved the result.
