Managing public search and analytics settings

SEO and analytics settings affect the public ValetFlow website, not the private dealership job records.

SEO and analytics settings affect the public ValetFlow website, not the private dealership job records.

Page titles and descriptions

Give each public page a clear title and description that explains what the visitor will find. Avoid repeating the same marketing sentence across every page. Write for people first and search engines second.

Public landing and help pages

Only published records are included in public lists and the sitemap. Private admin tools, customer approval links and dealership pages should never be added to public SEO navigation.

Open Graph images

Use a suitable image for links shared on social platforms. Do not use screenshots containing real registrations, email addresses or customer information.

Google Analytics

Enter the correct GA4 measurement ID and confirm that the consent and privacy wording matches how the site is configured. Analytics should not be added to private customer pages unless there is a clear lawful reason.

Sitemap and robots

Regenerate the sitemap after publishing or removing public content. Use noindex controls for private reports, draft guides and temporary marketing pages.

Checking changes

Search engines can take time to refresh. Use the built-in SEO checks and the search provider's own tools rather than repeatedly changing wording because a result did not update immediately.
